   With the refinement of industrial electronics, various industries have higher and higher requirements for metal stamping parts, including the shape of stamping parts. In the process of blanking its shape, it is easy to turn over and twist, which affects the quality of the product.


(1). Reasonable mold design. In the progressive die, the arrangement of the blanking sequence may affect the forming accuracy of the stamping parts. For the blanking of small parts of stamping parts, generally a larger area of blanking is arranged first, and then a smaller area of blanking is arranged to reduce the impact of blanking force on the forming of stamping parts.



(2).Press the material. Overcome the traditional mold design structure, open a material gap on the unloading plate (that is, when the mold is closed, the unloading plate and the concave die fit, and the gap between the unloading plate and the concave die where the material is accommodated is the material thickness t-0.03 ~0.05mm). (5) In daily mold production, attention should be paid to maintaining the sharpness of the punching convex and concave mold edges. When the punching edge is worn, the tensile stress on the material will increase, so that the stamping parts tend to turn over and twist.


(6). Unreasonable blanking gap or uneven gap is also the reason for turning over and twisting of stamping parts, which needs to be overcome.



   In the progressive die, the metal stamping parts are formed by punching the residual material around the stamping parts to form the shape of the stamping parts. The main reason for turning over and twisting of stamping parts is the influence of punching force. During punching, due to the existence of the punching gap, the material is stretched on the side of the die (the material is warped upwards) and compressed on the side of the punch. As the unloading plate increases its pressing force, the material on the punch side is stretched (the compressive force tends to decrease), while the material on the female die surface is compressed (the tensile force tends to decrease). The inversion of the stamping part is caused by the stretching of the material on the die surface. Therefore, when punching, pressing and pressing the material is the key point to prevent the punching from turning over and twisting.
